Synter Tring did all they could to support the purchase of my MINI. However I places the order in on 25 May 2026 but it was not available for collection until 28 September 2026. No reason was given by MINI HQ why it took so long - very frustrating.

Right from start to finish Adam at Tring Synter was excellent. He was helpful, fully explained the car, took us for a test drive and went through everything thoroughly. He answered all our questions. His manager Steve around for further questions.

Darren was great - knowledgeable about the range and helped us find the car we wanted with a fast delivery. Steve sorted our PCP with minimal fuss to get us to an agreeable finance plan. This is a great dealership with an attentive sales team.

Booked the car in for an MOT on line 27/07/26 to be done on the 07/09/26 at 08:45, booking ref 64858. Got to the garage to be told they could not find my booking.They then asked for the ref no only to be told its an old number and it had been deleted

Work on the fuel tank is dependent on seeing if it has impact been fixed . However considering my car was at the garage for 10 days and not cleaned even after being offered that service is disappointing especially as such a basic level of service.
