The booking process was straight forward and time abvailable was ok. Staff were polite and i was informed at the time of dropping off that there may be a time of finish delay depending on how long the work Would take. I was kept informed .

Really quick to get me booked in to investigate my issue. I had to work while I was there which wasn't a problem and the service team were really accommodating.

After the initial disappointment of not being able to speak to the service department. I called twice and had to leave a message and after a few days I had still not received a call back. I called into the dealership personally and all was resolved
