I was kept up to date weekly on the expected delivery date for my car and any queries I had were replied to very promptly. Joe provided a thorough handover of the car and I was advised that I could return should I need anything else explaining.

Luan was extremely helpful and made the process so easy. She even found an old JCW clubman so I could get the experience of a JCW. Nothing was too much trouble. She kept in contact the whole time. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

A delight and complete surprise to arrive at the dealership and see our new Mini hidden under a special sheet next to a sign with our name and big bow on the bonnet, in a mirrored garage where the handover could take place. It was a memorable event!

Friendly and helpful service advisor, work carried out as requested. Also, an internal engine cleaning treatment that I'd asked for was ultimately decided against, because the technician thought there would be no benefit - very good.

Great service and friendly personnel (though at a price); however, we still have error message flashing on our Mini for Cruise Control failure (comes up especially when driving on uneven road). Some irritating issues with automated messaging system.

Communication to book our service was easy and efficient. Car was serviced on time and with great video proof of what work had been done. I was able to work in the showroom whilst my car was serviced with complimentary coffee and buscuits!
